Providing Educational Scholarships To Advance The Profession of Engineering

The ACEC-SC Infrastructure Works Institute awards two scholarships every year. This includes:

  • The Member Firm Employee Scholarship Program is intended to support employees of ACEC-SC member firms that still carry debt from their undergraduate degree or are pursuing a graduate degree. Up to $3,500 will be awarded to the grantee.
  • The Student Scholarship Program is intended to support a high school or college student enrolled in a 4-year engineering program at a school in South Carolina.

Through the ACEC Research Institute scholarship portal, AwardSpring, qualified students have access to these applications and more than 100 scholarships totaling nearly $1 Million in grants.  AwardSpring will automatically match students with scholarships available to them based on their completed application.

Donations to the ACEC-SC IWI Scholarship Fund are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law. Donations will be used to cover direct scholarship awards.
