Study Update Rollout – 2026 Edition
On August 18, 2026, ACEC-SC IWI will release the second edition of The Economic Impact of Infrastructure Investments in South Carolina at the Palmetto Club in Columbia, SC.
This year’s research goes even deeper. In addition to updating the original study, we’ve expanded the analysis to include infrastructure investments made by the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services (SCDES), the South Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority (SCRIA), and the South Carolina Office of Resilience. We’ve also added Charleston and Berkeley Counties’ transportation penny sales tax programs, providing an even more complete picture of the economic impact infrastructure investment has on our state.
